PVC Waterproofing Membrane with Fabric

Construction requirements:  
1.  The base surface is flat, clean, no sand, loose, moisture content is less than 8%.  
2.  Construction should be carried out first base acceptance, to ensure that meet the requirements, first coated with a layer of adhesive, adhesive must be uniform.  
3.  Adhesive curing, second brushing, brushing direction and the previous vertical cross, to prevent leakage of scraping, brushing three to five times.  
4.  After completion, the waterproof layer is not solidified before, shall not people, shall not carry out the next process, so as not to destroy the waterproof layer.  

Transport storage:
1.  This product is stored in dry, ventilated, cool place, shelf life from the date of production has not been opened for 2 years.  
2.  Transportation shall be handled as non-dangerous goods.  
3. Polyurethane waterproof coating shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse for 2 years.  
Matters needing attention:  

INSTRUCTION:
1. When paving PVC waterproof rolling material, attention should be paid to the construction environment temperature, and the temperature of rolling material should be above -5ºC.  When using the full adhesive method, the temperature of the coil can only be above 5ºC. 
2. When laying PVC waterproof rolling material, special parts should be made additional layer.  
3, pay attention to the construction protection, the end of the daily construction should be temporary fixed coil, so as not to be blown by the wind.  
4, waterproof layer construction should be carried out after the end of the last process, not cross construction.  If the equipment needs to be installed on the roof with waterproof rolling material laid, it should be treated as an additional layer at the base of the equipment. If it needs to build a high type house on the waterproof layer, it should be carried out after passing the acceptance of the waterproof layer.
